It's been there for way of 20 years and it's just run down during its years.
It's a decent neighbor hood, the houses are decent and they work with your budget. They do not allow dogs at all on the property.
I would rather not comment on this because it is people's homes. I lived her myself at one time. If you have to live here do but work to progress towards better.
Maintenance guy is slow and rude and mobile homes are in need of repairs
