I was very disappointed on my recent visit. I shop here frequently and buy all my make up here. I use bare minerals. As this is my birthday month I received a free gift of an eye shadow from bare minerals. In the offer it said I could pick it up at Martins. However, when I went in to pick it up I was told it was not available and there was nothing they could do. I will not shop here again and I will start buying all my make up at Ulta in Texarkana..
I purchased a jacket from this shop and they shipped it to the wrong address. They expected the person who got it by mistake to send it back to them before they would send it to me or refund my money. Total rip off. So, here I sit, waiting for some random guy who has my jacket to decide to go and ship it to Arkansas from California, so that this shop will then forward it on to me should that ever happen. In the mean time, they hold me money. How is that customer service? They were rude and unprofessional and acted like I was a major inconvenience given THEY shipped my item to the wrong place.
