Small but nicely done. Nothing original to the house but the period is recreated very well. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The guide was awesome ! Loved his energy and kindness to out 13 months old !
If on a road trip through I-30, this is a great little stop for the mid-20th century historical birthplace home of Bill Clinton. I have been to many presidential homes, within state and national park systems, and this one is well done and an interesting somewhat more modern take on the historical home tour. You get a slice of a mid-20th century working class home that is actually quite interesting.
The guide was very interested in the subject matter and quite interactive. The visitor center and grounds were a little lacking in volume of material to cover, but all in all, this is a great National Historic Site. The location is quite close to I-30 and made for a nice pit stop in the town of Hope.
The site was informative and fun. I learned all about how President Clinton grew up as well as some of his early life experiences. Would recommend to anyone for a visit while passing thru or staying in this area. A great location to learn some presidential history!
Excellent NP led tour. Great way to see how our 42nd president got his start and what shaped his earlier life.
