The room was not what we expected given the high reviews this Best Western had received. The toilet didn't work properly, and the heater made loud clanking noises all night long. Also, when we booked the room we requested a portable crib in the room, and when we called at 3pm and asked about it we were assured that it was already in there. However, when we got in at 8:30pm with a sleeping toddler it wasn't there, and we had to go up to the front desk and wait while they found it. Even when they found it, they couldn't find the bedding for it, so we had to wrap the mattress in a full sized fitted sheet.
Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good, tasty and fresh. Staff very friendly. Will definitely come here again if passing through this area.
Great location! Very nice rooms with comfortable beds & mini-fridge. The breakfast far exceeded expectations. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in the area.
no problems. closed buildings next door looks poor. outdoor entrance to rooms. i stay there a couple of times oer year and have no problems. Check in always quick. coffee and cap in lobby
My husband and I LOVE this hotel. We've stayed here 3 times. The beds are always comfortable, the staff super friendly, and the continental breakfast is always amazing. And they have gluten free and dairy free options which I appreciate. Also military friendly.
